I buy these product protection plans all the time and have never used them before?? Today is the first time I had to make a claim and I honestly could not be more pleased. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes via the chat function. No horrible voice menu loops, no bots, I actually had somebody who heard my problem in a matter of two or three sentences everything was resolved. I am seriously impressed!

Do the 3 items fit into each other for easy storage?
Answer: Yes they fit very well inside one another for easy storage. The luggage has more than ample space to put all you need in it for a week vacation.

Is there a way to attach the pieces so that if you are carrying 3 at a time, can you just pull one handle and the rest will follow?
Answer: There are no straps but I’ve found that you can sit the carry-on on its side on top of the 28″ and put the 24″ back to back with it so the handles are touching. I’ve been moving all three bags with one hand through airports that way with few issues for quite a while. I do have big hands though.

If any TSA folks exam the luggage, will they be able to lock the luggage without knowing the combination? thank you.
Answer: Yes, I fly with this luggage almost religiously and have found the TSA “we have opened and inspected your bag” notes at least three times inside of the bag. They can open/relock the bag without having to know the combination. You’re good to go.
