I buy these product protection plans all the time and have never used them before?? Today is the first time I had to make a claim and I honestly could not be more pleased. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes via the chat function. Answer: Yes.
can the 20″ piggyback on the 25″?
Answer: There??s an elastic strap on the back of the 20?? bag. That strap slides over the handle of the larger bag and lays sideways on top of the larger bag. There??s a photo of how it works, along with several other shots of the 20?? up at the top of the page.
Is this returnable and how much would it cost to return it?
Answer: I am told Amazon returns ANYTHING
