I have contacted these people because the item I purchased had horrible zippers that did not work and came apart. The company simple said it was covered by manufacturer’s warranty. I had inquired what actually was covered with this protection plan beyond manufacturer’s warranty: answek- nothing!

most airlines only allow a depth of 9″ for a carry on. This one is 11″. Will this work for most airlines still?

Depends on the size of the aircraft. But yes, it fits most, and the ones it doesn??t fit in- it??s because the aircraft is too small so they valet your bag at the bottom of the jetbridge and give it to you after that particular flight is done so you??ll have it before your connecting flight. Hopefully your connection will??
How much does it weigh
Answer: It is very lightweight less than 10 lbs.
How tall is the pull up handle on the luggage? Asking because it looks to be kind of short, hoping that’s because it’s not pulled all the way up
Answer: If you’re worried about the carry-on’s trolley handle, it does go up 2 levels. The image we have shows 1 level up.
