I have contacted these people because the item I purchased had horrible zippers that did not work and came apart. The company simple said it was covered by manufacturer’s warranty. I had inquired what actually was covered with this protection plan beyond manufacturer’s warranty: answek- nothing!

What are the actual product dimensions? In the Amazon posting for the product, it states the size 3 times and each time a different dimension.
Answer: Including the wheels it is 21x13x9
I’ve traveled with it several times and it fits perfectly for carrier on. Holds a lot. Went to wedding in St.Martin for 5 days everything fit perfect. Is sturdy too
Does the 20 inch height include the wheels and top handle?
Answer: Yes, Rockland Luggage does include the spinners in the 20″ length. So the length measurement is measured from that top handle to the bottom of the wheels.
