I have contacted these people because the item I purchased had horrible zippers that did not work and came apart. The company simple said it was covered by manufacturer’s warranty. I had inquired what actually was covered with this protection plan beyond manufacturer’s warranty: answek- nothing!

What are the interior dimensions?
Answer: The large is appx. 26″ by 17″ and the small is 18″ by 13″. The closed dimensions (without unzipping the extra space is appx. 10″ for the large and 7″ for the small. Both are quite generous.

I recently purchased a set of this luggage, and right out of the package, the smell is horrendous. Has anyone had luck getting rid of the smell? Tips?

I would like to line this with polyurethane foam for hauling around a video projector. Does anyone have the INTERIOR dimensions on it?
Answer: It’s 13 x 19 each side is 4″ deep making. Total depth of 8″. Hopes this helps
