I buy these product protection plans all the time and have never used them before?? Today is the first time I had to make a claim and I honestly could not be more pleased. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a matter of minutes via the chat function. No horrible voice menu loops, no bots, I actually had somebody who heard my problem in a matter of two or three sentences everything was resolved. I am seriously impressed!

Called aa re baggage size & they told me my new maxlite 5 lightweight large 29″ exp spinner is too big to be checked. true??? help please! ideas?

Since I bought a carryon for domestic USA flights, I have no experience with how apirlines respond in fact when 29 inch is checked at the counter. However, the total exterior dimensions of 65 inches exceed the ??standard?? size of luggage for at least Delta and Southwest. It can still be checked but is subject to an over??
What are the exact outside dimensions of this bag? the description says 19″ h, but the product information says 21.8″ h.
Answer: I measured this bag in the store. It easily fit the Lufthansa measurements of 21.6″ x 15.75″ x 9″. A lot of foreign airlines now have these specs for carry ons. It also rolled really well ( when empty) and has a very comfortable handle.
Will this qualify for major US carriers to fit in overhead compartment?
Answer: Yes. This bag fits in most US overhead bins. I can pack four days of business casual in the bag easily.
