Bought warranty for my daughter backpack for school. Plastic buckle on straps broke. Called Asurion for repair. They said to send them the back pack and they will refund my original purchase price minus taxes and shipping charges after they receive the product and process it. I paid $54.99 the backpack is now $69.99 plus tax and shipping. Gonna cost me $25+. Total scam. I paid $9.99 for a warranty that doesn’t repair or replace. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.
