I have contacted these people because the item I purchased had horrible zippers that did not work and came apart. The company simple said it was covered by manufacturer’s warranty. I had inquired what actually was covered with this protection plan beyond manufacturer’s warranty: answek- nothing!

Can you attach the book bag to the suitcase handle?
Answer: No you cannont. My kids just wore their backpack. They absolutely loved the set though.
How long is the handle? Will it be too short for 5??5?? teen?
Answer: In my opinion it would be much too small for a 5’5″ teen, yes.
