I received the suitcase and it is locked! What is the code to open the lock?
Answer: Leave it set to “000” slide the lock (part with the keyhole) down/up. This should kick out the zippers (open in it). Instructions to reset the combination are inside.

purchased 6 months ago and the luggage broke. How do we go about getting replaced/repaired?
Answer: Frankly I do not know. It depends on how it ??broke.?? In major cities there are luggage repair shops that may be able to address your specific problem.

the suitcase came i locked how to I unlock it?
Answer: Set it to all zeros 000 and press the button and it should unlock. There’s also a small reset button just to the left of the numbers. You should also have lock instructions with your luggage, hopefully hanging outside with the warranty.
